ServSafe is the food service industry’s premier food safety training and certification course. It is recognized by more federal, state and local health jurisdictions than any other food safety training program in the U.S. As of March 2017, each retail food establishment in Ohio is required to have one employee who has supervisory and management responsibility and the authority to direct and control food preparation and service with the level two certification. Students who successfully complete the course and pass the exam will receive the national ServSafe certificate valid for five years. This is a great opportunity to obtain your national certification and update your skills in food-borne illness prevention, cleaning, and sanitation.
