Job Description
The goal of this position is to successfully execute Graves Lumber Construction Services project management practices supporting the construction team.

The Coordinator’s primary function is to obtain and track project documentation & critical framing information that is required prior to site mobilization as part of the Pre-Construction planning process. Then, share & communicate this info with the site Project Manager & Framing Sub-Contractor prior to mobilization.

Skills/Experience required:
– Team oriented
– Excellent customer relations abilities
– Professional communications; verbal & written
– Prefer proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, Adobe, and cloud based servers, etc…
– Document management; requesting & tracking
– Prefer proficiency (or capable of) reading and understanding blueprints, standard construction documents & engineered drawings
– Revit/3D modeling and/or CAD is desired but, not required

Duties:
– Initiate/start the PC process with salesperson
– Review contract documents for SOW
– Request, obtain & track PC critical framing info needed & client project contacts
– Process & track Pre-Construction framing info
– Generate & process RFI’s for framing or engineered clarifications as needed
– Process engineered floor and/or roof submittals
– Hand-off Pre-Construction Checklist™ to site PM
