On Monday November 20 from 5-9 p.m. the high school baseball team is having a fundraiser at Chipotle on Arlington Road. 50% of what you spend will be donated back to the baseball team. Be sure to mention that you are there for the Baseball Fundraiser!

Any individual interested in joining Indoor Track needs to sign up with Mr. Gorby in room #305 or Doc Burgess in room #311. You must sign up in order to be placed in the Spartan Period B on December 6, Indoor Track Informational meeting. It will be in this meeting that we go over rules and hand out practice and meet schedules.

PTA Reflections Cultural Arts Program  This year’s theme is: “Within Reach”

WHAT IS REFLECTIONS? It’s the PTAs annual cultural arts program. Students in preschool through grade 12 are encouraged to create and submit original works of art around the year’s theme in any of the six areas: literature, visual arts, photography, dance choreography, film production and music composition.

Student entry forms, rules, and project turn-in- date (to be held in December) will be available soon. In the meantime if you like, you can visit the Ohio PTA website at www.ohiopta.org for detailed rules by art category found in the Reflections Handbook.

There will be a mandatory Wrestling meeting after school in the wrestling room today, Thursday the 9th at 2:35 p.m. for anyone interested in wrestling this year.

PTA Reflections Cultural Arts Program  This year’s theme is: “Within Reach”

WHAT IS REFLECTIONS? It’s the PTAs annual cultural arts program. Students in preschool through grade 12 are encouraged to create and submit original works of art around the year’s theme in any of the six areas: literature, visual arts, photography, dance choreography, film production and music composition.

Student entry forms, rules, and project turn-in- date (to be held in December) will be available soon. In the meantime if you like, you can visit the Ohio PTA website at www.ohiopta.org for detailed rules by art category found in the Reflections Handbook.

MANCHESTER HIGH SCHOOL

The annual Americanism and Government Testwill be given on  Thursday, November 9th at 8:00.  Top scores in each grade both male and female will win money. 

There will be Bible Study every Friday until 3:00 pm in Mr. Johnston’s room 213.

Support Our Veterans!!! Remember to take money to GHS to donate to Valor Home, a great organization that supports veterans. You can make donations in the main office. This is a great way to honor our veterans. Veteran’s Day is Saturday, November 11.
