Outcomes for PLCC CNC Classes

  • Certifications Offered: NIMS CNC Mill Operations, NIMS CNC Lathe Operations
  • Duration and Schedule: Each 48-hour course runs for three weeks—Monday through Thursday from 5 pm to 9 pm.
  • Tuition: $1,000 per course, with sessions starting in both fall and spring.

PLCC’s CNC machine training program is designed to equip students with the comprehensive skills required for operating CNC machines and ensuring the production of high-quality parts. Through our curriculum, students gain hands-on experience in machine operation, safety, and maintenance, alongside mastering applied math, blueprint reading, and basic coding. Our training extends to both manual and Haas CNC machines, preparing students for a variety of tasks including cutting tool assembly, inspection, and precise measurements, setting the stage for successful CNC machine programming and operation.

Admissions Policy Statement

Anyone seeking to enroll in our CNC training must submit an official high school or GED transcript to be reviewed. Team members will grant student placement only after evaluating the transcript and determining that it meets all criteria for admission.
