January Spotlight : HVAC Student – Bryson Croft
Bryson has always known he wanted to pursue a career in the HVAC field, and he feels that both HVAC and PLCC are the “right fit” to help him reach his goals. When he began his journey, Bryson wanted more than just technical skills—he wanted to shift his mindset and make a positive impact on the customers he serves.
Bryson enjoys the hands-on learning offered at PLCC, where real work leads to real confidence. His “aha” moment came when he successfully completed the split system board. It was a challenging lab, and finishing it confirmed that HVAC was the right path for him.
Bryson encourages future students to “never be afraid to try something new.” His only regret is not attending PLCC while he was in high school. Today, he is using the training he’s gained at PLCC as a stepping stone to advance his career at Choiceaire, where he is currently employed.
