Portage Lakes Career Center (PLCC) would like to congratulate the newest members of National Technical Honor Society who were inducted during a ceremony on April 22 at Raintree Country Club.
The National Technical Honor Society (NTHS) is a national organization established by the National Association of Secondary Principals to recognize students who have excelled in a technical program of study. To be considered for membership, students must demonstrate scholastic achievement, skill development, excellent attendance, leadership, honesty, responsibility, good character, and a commitment to the community. “We are so proud of these students,” said Veronica Baca Bernel, Associate Principal and NTHS Advisor. “They truly embody the hard working, goal driven, civic minded young adult that we strive to develop at PLCC.”
