Chef Courtney has over ten years of experience in the culinary industry. She has worked everywhere from Disney to Hilton hotels, large banquet facilities, and fine dining establishments.
Chef Bennett has her Culinary Arts degree from Le Cordon Bleu Institute of Culinary Arts in Pittsburgh, PA.
In her spare time, Courtney loves spending time with her husband and 2 standard poodles, traveling as much as possible, and trying new restaurants whenever they get the chance!
