I am a very loyal and dedicated problem solver. I take pride in listening to the feedback and needs of the business and end users. This allows me to explore all options and think outside of the box to come up with an obtainable solution that fits their needs and ensuring that projects meet timelines and budgets. I enjoy designing and planning projects but can adapt to change quickly. When something doesn’t go as planned, I feel its important to have a plan B and C in hand; but making sure you have the tools, resources, and knowledge to adapt on the fly during crunch time is a value I bring to the table. Working in various IT roles throughout the past 15 years in the Oil and Gas industry, I have learned to embrace change and apply new technologies to meet the needs of all levels within an organization. There are many skills I have learned throughout my career, but the most important thing I have learned is that communication and team collaboration are the keys to success. You might have a good solution or idea, but someone else might just have a better one if you take the time to listen.
