DESCRIPTION

-Comunale Properties is seeking a full-time employee to assist our team in day-to-day building maintenance and tenant service calls for our commercial properties located in and around the greater Akron Ohio market. REQUIREMENTS

-Ability to interact with tenants, contractors and staff in a professional manner.
-Ability to work independently to organize projects, establish priorities and complete tasks in a timely fashion.
-Ability to manage stressful situations in a calm and business-like manner.
-Possess a valid driver’s license with current automobile insurance.
-Ability to lift 50 pounds.
-It is preferred if Applicant has a background in construction or property maintenance, with skills in general interior tenant improvement, HVAC, electrical, or plumbing.
-Applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day preventative maintenance at the properties, which includes:
-General grounds inspections and cleaning
-Various snow removal and landscaping cleanup
-Minor irrigation repairs
-Gutter and glass cleaning
-Power washing
-Replace light bulbs and clean light lenses
-Light paint projects
-HVAC filter replacement and coil cleanings
-Ceiling tile replacement
-Flooring removal
-Light plumbing repairs
-Applicant will assist with the completion of tenant move-in and move-out reports.
-Applicant will clean and repair vacant suites prior to a tenant move-in and following a tenant move-out to the required specification of the asset manager.
