Grill Cook – Raintree Golf & Event Center

Raintree Golf & Event Center is seeking a reliable and motivated Grill Cook to join our team! This is a great opportunity to work in a beautiful golf course setting while preparing classic, crowd-pleasing favorites for our members and guests.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 2:30 PM – Close (typically 8:00 – 9:30 PM, depending on sunset)

Pay:
$14 – $16 per hour, based on experience

Position Summary:

The Grill Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of casual menu items in a fast-paced, outdoor/clubhouse environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently while maintaining high-quality food standards and a clean, organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items including hamburgers, chicken wings, chicken tenders, fries, and other casual fare
Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperature and presented well
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary grill station at all times
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Manage food prep and stocking throughout the shift
Communicate effectively with team members and front-of-house staff
Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
Qualifications:
Previous grill or line cook experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and food quality
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Team player with a positive attitude
