DESCRIPTION

A Job Coach / DSP plays a vital role in any workforce and economy by providing the necessary supports and services to people with disabilities, including supports related to employment. As skilled professionals, a job coach / DSP assists people who are differently-abled with participating in their communities, including through employment.

Whole Latte Love Cafe is an on-the-job training facility that teaches customer service skills to people who are differently-abled in 5 specific entry-level roles: cash register, barista, host / busser, dishwashing and food-prep.
