Hattie Larlham Direct Care positions are designed for students who are interested in working in healthcare or fields like therapy, social services or education. No experience is necessary and paid training is provided.

Direct Care Aide I

• $11.55/hour base rate, part-time, every
  other weekend required
• Assist DCA II with feeding, brushing
  teeth, hair/nail care, laundry, cleaning,
  activities, pushing wheelchairs
• Must be at least 16 years old

Direct Care Aide II

• $13.50/hour base rate, part-time, every
  other weekend required
• Assist DSP with bathing, changing,
  positioning, dressing, and other
  personal care duties
• Must be at least 18 years old

Center Direct Support Professional

• $15.50/hour base rate, part-time or fulltime, every other weekend required
• Cares for an assigned set of residents, gives baths, changes briefs/diapers, and provides other personal care duties
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high
  school diploma/GED
