DESCRIPTION

While our roots are in addiction treatment, today we provide a wide range of integrated healthcare and behavioral health services designed to treat, inspire, support, and empower those we serve. We are currently seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care while traveling between our male and female residential treatment programs.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Essential Responsibilities

Administer methadone and buprenorphine in accordance with physician orders and agency policies.
Provide direct nursing care to residential patients.
Complete accurate and timely electronic documentation.
Perform EKGs, blood draws, and other nursing procedures.
Collect urine drug screens.
Monitor patient health and follow up as needed.
Communicate effectively with providers and interdisciplinary treatment teams.
Assist with medication management and documentation.
Perform other clinical and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) program.
Current Ohio LPN license in good standing.
Current CPR certification.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Ohio driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Must meet CHC requirements regarding medication administration eligibility and not be restricted from exposure to medications by any governing body.
First Aid certification preferred.
