CHC Addiction Services is a non-profit social service agency in the Akron area whose mission is to treat, inspire, support and empower individuals and families impacted by the disease of addiction.
We are looking for full time LPNs to work at several different CHC locations:

RAMAR, our Residential Facility: Will generally be Monday-Friday 2pm- 10pm but may also include weekends, holidays and/or an occasional early morning. Will be responsible for providing appropriate and timely medical services and medications to Residential Patients. Duties include: Reviewing medication pass log at the beginning of each shift; Assisting with medication box fill for each patient weekly; Adding medications to medication boxes in between medication box fills if needed; and obtaining urine drug screens on residents, partial residents, and daytox patients.

Touchstone, our Women’s Residential Facility: We are currently seeking a full time LPN for our women’s residential substance use treatment facility specializing in pregnant women and women with their children. Primary duties include tracking resident’s medication and observed medication pass, liaising with medical offices and physicians on behalf of the residents, taking vitals, and assisting residents with self-management of acute or lower level chronic medical conditions. Experience in pediatrics is a plus. Saturday mornings are required. Other days/hours are negotiable.

MAT Program: We are currently seeking a full time LPN for our Outpatient MAT Program to work from 5:00am until 1:30pm, Monday through Friday and every other weekend from 5:00am until 10:30am.
Duties Include:
• Administering methadone and buprenorphine
• Direct nursing care
• Charting
• EKG’s
• Blood draws
• Rooming
• Collecting urine samples
• Following up with patients as needed
• Some back office clerical duties

REQUIREMENTS

Graduate of certified LPN program, current Ohio LPN license, and current CPR certification.

Must be vaccinated against COVID-19
