PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR / PHLEBOTOMIST

DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:
• High school graduate necessary.
• Phlebotomy certification – mandatory
• Two years of Phlebotomy experience
• PCT, MA, or LPN
• Must be team oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
• Must have excellent organizational skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have current computer skills and ability to learn new computer programs.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively communicate.
• Must have time management skills.

 

Description of Responsibilities
The Patient Care Coordinator / Phlebotomist for the OPEN M Free Clinic will be responsible for the organized and smooth daily operations of the clinic reception and in house lab area. This person works closely with the Director of Health Services. The purpose of this position is to organize and manage the medical information that is generated in a primary care health clinic. The position reports to the Director of Health Services.
