DESCRIPTION

Yoak Properties, a premier property management company overseeing 400+ units in Summit and Stark counties, is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our growing team.

About the Role:
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the quality and functionality of our properties. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is experienced in various repair and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform light plumbing repairs (e.g., fixing leaks, unclogging drains).
Conduct electrical repairs, including swapping outlets and light switches.
Handle painting, drywall repairs, and general property upkeep.
Ensure prompt and efficient completion of maintenance tasks across our properties.
Maintain a professional demeanor and excellent communication with residents and staff.

Position Details:

Schedule: Monday through Friday, with consistent daytime hours.
Perks: Company truck provided for job-related tasks.
Competitive compensation based on experience.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in light plumbing, electrical work, and property maintenance.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license and good driving record (required).
