Service Technician Construction Windows, Siding and Roof

DESCRIPTION

Renew Home Exteriors is currently seeking a Service Technician Construction to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.


Responsibilities:

  • Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
  • Estimate time and extent of repairs.
  • Perform routine Service.
  • Maintain material and supply inventory.
  • Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary.

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
  • Strong Exterior Knowledge, Windows, Siding and Roof repairs
  • Ability to work with a Bender/Brake.
  • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
  • Ability to handle physical workload.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
