Full-Time/Part-Time 

DESCRIPTION

Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
Support residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning as needed.
Monitor and report changes in residents’ health or behavior to nursing staff.
Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
Follow infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

State Tested License, or in the process of.
Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility (preferred but not required).
Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
