Window Technician

Full-Time 

DESCRIPTION

As a Window Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining windows for residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with customers to ensure their needs are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. This position requires excellent technical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and repair windows, glass, and related components in residential and commercial settings.
Assess the condition of existing windows and recommend repairs or replacements.
Provide accurate estimates and timelines for window installation and repair services.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients, addressing questions or concerns and providing exceptional customer service.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to window installation or repair.
Ensure all tools and materials are available and in good condition for each job.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a window technician or in a related field (e.g., construction, glass installation, etc.).
Knowledge of window installation techniques, tools, and materials.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights when necessary.
Willingness to undergo background check.
