Prior to employment, all students and their employers will complete a formal Training Agreement which outlines personal information and lists all job duties and responsibilities.
In addition, all students and employers are required to read through the student and employer responsibility guidelines and to review the assessment pieces for rating a student’s performance.
Students’ parents/guardians will also be required to sign a permission form and all students will not only complete a detailed application form but will also sign an individual contract as well. Please contact Ms. Bridget Comes in the Student Services Office at 330.896.8281 for all required employment forms.
Students who go out on School To Work Placement are required to submit a MANDATORY Weekly Time Sheet. Students are required to check in with the Placement Office and turn in a completed time sheet every week to uphold placement eligibility. Failure to check in/submit a weekly time sheet will result in loss of placement.
